DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

  • Estonia - OMNIVA 2-3 days, 10€;

  • EUROPE  - OMNIVA 6-8 working days, 20€; 

  • OTHER WORLD  - OMNIVA 10-12 working days, 20€.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT for EU customers. 
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
We are not liable for any delays due to customs.

 

RETURN POLICY

Knots12 offers a 100% money-back guarantee of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) on all our products (with purchased airtime) returned to Knots12 within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability, except in the case of a faulty item(s). All returned products must be unused, in ‘like new’ condition. You must repack the product and place the packaged product in a protective outer box.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

To return an unwanted product, in the first instance, please contact us by email at info@knots12.com. 

Please note that for your protection, we recommend that you use a tracked & insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not received.

The return postage will be your own responsibility. We recommend sending the goods back with tracked or ‘signed for’ postage, as we will not be held responsible if your package is lost in the post.  As long as the item you are returning is in the same condition as when we sent it to you, we will issue you a full refund minus any postage costs.

 

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees due to such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
