If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Please note: goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. Some post services can occur slow due to weekends or public holidays, so please allow some extra days for item reaching us. We will inform you that we have received the item by email provided.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

When emailing us, please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once we receive your email we will send you our return address. Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Please note postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items.
All Knots12 products are manufactured to the highest quality. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund or exchange the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us.
Items on sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless faulty.
